Just press space with e until you're right at the main menu. Everything will
be saved and you'll be safe to switch off. I do this all the time and I've
had nothing lost as a result.

I'm new to the list though I've had my voice note since last April. there is
one thing I would like to ask right away. Is there any way of checking to
see what I may have forgotten to turn off before closing down my unit. Or is
there a means to use a key command to make sure everything is close down in
order to save batttery life?
