Go to utilities > application program > keysoft system disk > windows and select "prepare sd card for upgrade". Put in your sd card and hit enter on the program. As it will tell you, all data on your card will be erased by this, so ensure that there is nothing on the card you need, and wait to put nk.bin on the card until after you prepare it.
