To put in an email address of someone that sent you a message,
move to the email from that person, space down to to the "from"
field, hit backspace-k, open the address list and add your
record, then, at the "email address" prompt, hit backspace-v to
paste the clipboard. Be sure to edit out the person's name and
the less- and greater-than signs surrounding the email address.
