Actually Hawaiians send their HumanWare products to Concord, CA for servicing as they are definitely one of the fifty United States. Not sure how long surface UPS takes to get to Hawaii from Concord, CA. If its slower than a Slow Boat to China, they probably send their HumanWare units by Overnight or Second-Day Air.
