Sure; if the bn can figure out when to tell you its battery is
low or critical, then it could play a sound as easily as give you
a message, but hw will have to do this; as users there is nothing
we can do, without an sdk, to make this work.

Again, no as the bn does not play a sound for a battery low, it
just speaks and displays the message we all know and love so
much.

No, since ks does not assign a sound to this to be replaced,
unlike other sounds like startup.

to implement the sound that xp usually makes to tell you instead
