Sorry, I sent the test to see if my message rule had worked properly because
I had to recreate it. I have gonne over my download limmit and when that
happens, for some reason, unless it is stopped, all my email is downloaded
multiple times.
I think I have stopped that now and should only get emails that are not
dueplicates
and as I've just worked out emails get sent mutiple times too. but that
should stop now.
again, sorry for that.
