Hi all, As far as I know, "generic" RTF files will open just fine on the BrailleNote. However, RTF files with additional markup, such as those rendered when you save a file as Rich Text in Microsoft Word, will not. The reason Microsoft Word adds additional markup to Rich Text files is so that styles, tables and the like will be preserved. It is this that the BrailleNote doesn't handle properly.
