Jose, pick up the phone and make an appointment with, or drop in
to see the counselor. All he can say is no, or maybe if you're
going to college or something he might help. Different states
have differing rules concerning these matters.
Last but not least, you might contact JUDGE JUDY, and ask that
she tell HW to "put their listening ears on" to your problem. HTH
