I would recommend one of three solutions: 
* Sendero Mini Stereo Speaker, $59/$49 (list/Online Price) 
This is a great wired speaker that is very small and produces good sound for
use of GPS and doesn't block ambient sounds.
* Cheap wired Ear Bud. 
This is the cheapest solution though it is not recommended as it can and
will block ambient sounds. 
* Bluetooth Ear Piece and Bluetooth Adapter. 
This is the most expensive solution and can start at $100 or higher. This is
a wired free solution that requires a mono Bluetooth adapter and a Bluetooth
dongle that fits into the 3.55 MM headphone jack of the BrailleNote.
