Just do a search for 
text adventure editor 
In google and you'll find a bunch of different adventure editors.  
Too bad Quest files don't work with the BrailleNote as the editor works 
very well with screen readers.  You are still able to play Quest games with 
your computer however.  
        You'll need to find an Inform editor.  This will let you create such 
z5/z8 game files.  
You can play these z5/z8 files on your computer with a game engine such as 
WinFrotz, or WinFrotz TTS with speech.  
The second is fairly buggy and crashes frequently.  I would suggest the 
first Winfrotz with a few tweaks to get your screen reader speech to work 
correctly.
