Here is my two cents on the matter.
For years and years all of us devoted customers have been and
will continue
to ask for better word support.
Hw has not gotten the message and their latest ploy to move
offices and
screw us in the united states out of our own hw dealer is taking
up loads of
wastefull time and spending money.
Why can't you hw staff listen to us and give us an os upgrade and
give us
better word support!
