changes each time someone visits the site to avoid cpammers using the
service.
the code is a scribly pictorial rhendition of a string of text which forces
a subscriber to be a human being, not a computer crawler, or program.
Using the braille note, you might either have to connect to a screen and use
sighted help, or simply go to a computer for sign up with sighted help.
