Folks, it would probably be nice to be able to move a folder with just one key stroke. But, at least you can copy the folder to a different storage place if you want. Wouldn't it be much better, if we could have easier access to PDF or other type materials that we can't handle on a BN RIGHT NOW?just how many key strokes does it take to copy then go back and erase the folder? Get real!!! So far as to be able to have remote control over our heating systems, stereos and house security systems, that would probably take a whole new unit. How many have the thousands of bucks it would take to acquire a new device like this? For a lot of folks, do you really think Voc Rehab or agencies are going to foot the bill for these?

Walmart sells universal remotes that can control a lot of stuff for a lot less money.

Yes, I agree with this suggestion.

I have, however wanted to move a folder, but instead I had to
copy it, and then delete the folder in it's original place.

I think there should be an option to move a folder. I mean we
can move files
why not folders? It's stupid!

There isn't a way of "moving" a folder but there are options for
new folder,
copy folder and rename folder. Do the following:
From Main Menu
F for File Manager
F for Folder Manager
There are the following options:
New Folder
Copy Folder
Erase Folder

Subject: [Braillenote] Moving folders

Hello all, how do I move folders using KeySoft 7.5 Build 20 on a
BrailleNote
mPower BT? Thanks and sorry for what could be a basic question,
but I
tried
to copy a folder from one destination to another on the same
drive
(flash
disk), but it won't let me. To me if I can do this in Windows
why can't
I do
that on the BrailleNote? Anyway, all help would be greatly
appreciated.
