Okay, I guess that sometimes the software does get messed up, because I've 
never heard of that one either.

Alex, I got my old BN sort of working
again.  The problem is, when I turn it
on, it automatically does a service
reset.  If I try to do a plain reset,
the memo begins recording.  Go figure!
