Guys, you should know that I got my BrailleNote from my local education
authority as part of my disabled students allowance. Initially I was
impressed with what the mPower could do thanks to a 40 minute free hands on
demonstration that took place by my local Humanware dealer in my home. So
that's why I chose it. But, as technology moves on, the BrailleNote family
of products will eventually no longer suit my needs. I never said Humanware
sucks at all; I'm just disappointed in the features of KeySoft 8.0, hence me
not upgrading. Sorry for any confusion caused.

The whole point of that message, was to imply that humanware does not suck.
That's why I said, a strong phraise, but certainly NOT true.
Noone is saying that Humanware sucks.
We're just upset, that they have not met the needs of the average user:
Better word support, windows live and yahoo support, HTML Email, etc.
