Hello Paul and Listers,
The HW site HAS BEEN updated and is up and running. Now,
temporarily I hope, it is not accessible to BrailleNote users.
Not convinced? try accessing the site via "skweezer".
If I am wrong I am sure HW will correct this post.

Hi list, I have found that the HW website does not work with the
BN yet.
I've had to do a reset every time I tried it.
Has anyone else had this problem?
