Yeu tell em Siss, your subject line nearly says everything, but,
the rest of the body of your message speaks loud and clear, but
only if somebody in authority at HW is capable of understanding
what you say.

Subject: [Braillenote] Oh so let's create more problems oh I mean
products-- problem products
Yeah, as always, they set out to create new problems rather then
deal with
notetaker issues that have existed for years.
Maybe if you would care more about your existing customers,
(which I'm happy
to say that I'm no longer one), then more about money, money,
money you
wouldn't have a daily stream of angry BrailleNote customers.
Good luck BN users, you just keep donating funds for other
products to be
created while you are left in the dust dealing with reset after
reset,
disconnect after disconnect, losing mail box full after mail box
full of
email messages, and the list goes on.
Your issues will never, ever, ever be resolved because they think
they have
you hooked.
I wonder if this new phone creation was what was in the news
today. Oh well
good luck existing customers
