Whil agree that it seems better to remove the unruly people rather
than shut the list down, I do indeed hope that HumanWare is listening
to the concerns of folks. I can definitely say that the quality of
customer service has gone down. I was on the phone with them
concerning a braille display last week. Instead of the representatives
having a willingness to work with me through the problem, I was
shuttled off the phone like what I needed didn't matter. This is
unacceptable behavior for a company, where we have chosen to spend our
money, to have.

I was very disappointed, because I do recall a time when people like
Myrna and a few others helped you and spent the time necessary to make
sure you were a happy customer.
