Cheree Heppe here: Concerning very tight front pockets and tight cases, either the Executive Cases product shows slight variations or it is a new case and requires a bit of stretching.
True leather has the feature of being stretchable, within certain ranges. When I first got the Executive Products case, it came with a very slender connecter strap that happened to block the slot for the CF card. This meant that if I wanted to remove the CF card, the whole case would first have to be removed. I got out my trusty leather scissors and carefully snipped the strap flush with the edge of the CF slot. Good sewing scissors would also work. Problem solved. The annoying, purposeless little strap was cleanly removed, leaving no stump or ragged-appearing place, the function of the case was improved and I could get my CF card out and in by simply opening the case's main lid. Then, the new leather Executivve Products case fit so tightly over the PK that I wondered at first whether I would have the hand strength to get the case snapped closed around the device. It took my slipping the PK into a plastic bag for safekeeping and slightly dampening the leather case. This let the case loosen enough so the case slid , well got forced, over the PK. Because of the plastic bag, no dampness reached the PK, an essential requirement for this procedure. Now, of course, my PK case snaps right into place. The front pocket is very useful, but it isn't large. Inside the front pocket are two interior slots to hold CF cards, I think. At least, that's what I use them for. Above these slots or mini-pockets is the larger remaining space of the pocket, good for business cards, bus passes and so on. I have carried two CF cards and several business cards and a bus pass inside it. It isn't meant to be large because it would give the PK a much larger footprint if it were larger. To stretch that pocket, this is stretching, not deforming, you can dampen the case lid, while its case is off the PK and slide the plastic enwrapped CF cards in to get the pocket to stretch. Ceran wrap or some other waterproof barrier should enclose the CF cards because water is not the friend of any electronic gadget I know of.
