All that comes to mind is marking the paragraph like usual,
moving it to the clipboard, then moving back a paragraph or
whereever you want it and pasting.

hi all, my girlfriend is running a braillenote bt thirty two cell
display and she wants to know if their is a way to mark a
paragraph and move it back with in the file/
