Hi Paul,
It sounds like either the charger or BN is broken, (hopefully
just the charger).
Not sure of a good way to test it.
Do you know anyone near by who has a BN, who's charger you could
borrow?
Have you got another/older charger?
I presume you can not find any loose connections?
Give HW a call.

Hi all,
I'm having trouble with my ac adapter.
When I plug the adapter in, my Bn doesn't charge. I need urgent
help because my battery is almost at 10 percent.
I have tried all the resets. I have even plugged it in about
three different places and the Bn still says something like,
level, 21 percent, adapter off.
Could this problem be caused because my battery needs to be
recalibrated? I just got that message yesterday.
