I've had that happen. A reset with the card inserted seems to fix it in my case.

Subject: [Braillenote] wireless card failing

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem, and if so what did
you do. I have an Ambicom card that I purchased about a year ago from
Humanware. It worked flawlessly up until about two weeks ago. Every time I
insert the card the Braillenote says "Card not recognized" It freezes, and
the only thing to solve the problem is a reset. What should I do? I cannot
get on the net to check my e-mail with the BN. I have the BN BT model by
the way. Luckily, I have webmail access, but I'm not sure why my card
stopped working. It only happens with the Ambicom card, the CF card I have
works just fine. Any advice? Thanks again for all your help. Have a great
day.

Musically,
Marissa
