Hi everyone. OK so here's what happened. I was upgrading to 7.5 build 31.
I know that you have to hit four five and reset. I was hitting and
releasing them at the same time. So it wasn't working. I called Humanware
back and we got it settled, I wasn't holding down the four five keys and
then hitting reset, listening for the tones and letting four five go. So it
was something that I was doing wrong with the key sequence and the timing of
letting them go. At least 8.0 will be out soon and there won't be such a
long time before my next upgrade so hopefully will remember some of this
stuff. hopefully this post made some sense.
