Hi Nicole,
I've had this experience too, and I have a theory. I did some
experimenting, and noticed that if you push the Advance or Back thumb
keys while the BN is exiting out of a file, it will erase it. If not,
it should exit as normal. As to why, I have no idea. So I just back up
everything and am careful not to touch the thumb keys while the BN
exits.
