You can add notes to Keyplan.
When you open up a date, as if reading the information, you can
move the cursor to the end of the page and write in anything
extra you want. I do this often.

I would find it very helpful if KeyPlan had a note
option. With this one could identify if an
appointment was kept or not, if an address or Phone
number was associated with the appointment.
