Zach,

We always get Email from you in large batches--many messages at the
same time.  What do you do, store your Emails in an outbox and send
them once a week?  This isn't very good netiquette and the admin,
Maurice, has instructed you not to do this once, already.

To answer your question, yes, that is considered cross-posting and is
frowned upon on most any mailing list, particularly ones in the
blindness community where many people are subscribed to multiple
blindness-related mailing lists.  It is annoying to receive identical
messages from someone, one to each list they're subscribed to.

The reason you're only seeing one copy of these messages is because
you are using Gmail, which is intelligent enough to realize that they
are the same message and so filters out the duplicates.
