To be on the safe side I always exit a document before turning off the unit. That way when I turn my unit back on it will be at the main menu and nothing will be lost.

Subject: [Braillenote] A Problem or Is It?

Hi All

Many thanks for all your help with setting up email account. I
will get a
wireless card before I set up email but now I have a lot of
instructions so
thank you so much.

Today while I was in work, I switched the BN on and it said the
usual,
"Resume edit of whatever the file was called. I pressed one of
the thumb
keys as I always do until I get it the document. The Braille
display
wouldn't move, I couldn't do anything and the only thing that
worked was to
press the reset button. Is this common or do you think there's a
falt
somewhere? This has never happened with the Classic that I was
using before
hand.

Regards

Anne
