Hello Rhonda,

I didn't know you could press insert i in the block commands menu to insert a document.

Thanks for that info:

Paul

Subject: [Braillenote] Signatures

Hello Katrina:
There are a couple of ways you can do signatures. I like the
idea of making a few files rather than keeping the same
signature. My reason is, sometimes when you subscribe to a list,
you are asked to send a blank message. You may forget to remove
your signature. Anyway, there are a couple of ways.
If you want to create a folder of signatures, when you get to
the end of an email you want to send, you can simply press
B-chord I. When you are asked "insert document from which
drive?" you go to the drive, select your folder, and your file,
and just press Enter. That signature is placed at the bottom of
your email.
If you want a permanent signature, from the Word Processor, you
would "create a document." You would go to the Keymail folder,
and create a file called signature. You'd Enter, and write your
signature. It would automatically attach to the bottom of your
email. Because you would be writing it in a "key" document, it
has to be in a Keyword format.
If you also want a "reply signature", you would go back to the
Word Processor. You would go to the Keymail folder, and name a
file reply signature. Press Enter, and create a reply signature.
Generally, before I do a signature, I make a new line so I can
make sure my email doesn't run into the signature.
I should never write an email at 11:07, especially after taking
my medication. Hope this makes sense.

Blessings,
Rhonda Stogner
