Hi All

I made changes on a document on the computer before transferring it on the
BN. When I transferred the document, there's nothing there only indent,
indent format marker and that's it. Yet, when I remove the memory stick and
put it into the computer, everything is there. As far as I'm aware I am
doing everything correctly in the translation menu. This is very strange as
I've had no trouble before and I need these documents for work tomorrow.
Maybe that's what it is? Maybe I am in fact missing out one single thing in
the translation menu? With having time off work for the holiday's, I haven't
needed to transfer documents backwards and forwards. The only thing I have
changed on the BN is Braille from UK to USA but I have now changed it back
to UK as I thought maybe that was the problem but no. This is what I've been
doing:

Translation Menu

Import from which device? Press entre for file. I press entre
Import file from which drive I press space until I find hard disc.
Directory name? press entre for slash, computer Braille is required. I press
entre
File to import, computer Braille is required. I press space and find the
file I want then press entre
Translate into Braille? I press Y
Destination folder name, press entre for General. I press entre
Braille document name: I type in the document in grade 2
One file imported

I go to open it and all that's in the file is indent, indent, indent, format
marker, format marker, format marker, indent

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Thanking you in advance
