Hopefully, this was an accident where it took over his computer and invaded his address book. Let's try to keep programs that do that under control. Whenever you sign up for any type of web email service or web hosting, be sure to read and double check all of the check boxes; usually the ones that you don't want that say yes, go do something that I don't want, are checked.
