Michael, Make sure you don't have a large memo hanging around taking up space. I had a similar problem about a month ago and found that once the large memo was deleted all was well once again. Before deleting this memo, I couldn't free database space, delete E-mail messages nor download messages fully due to the presence of this large memo. Somehow my record button got pressd and I stil don't know how that happened because my unit is set not to respond to the record button when the power is off. That option is in the media center under settings.
You will need to go into my memos folder to check for this and I don't have a BT keyboard so can't help you with the commands. I hope this helps.
