Folks, I ordered a new G54 card along with a printer that works fabulously with the BrailleNote products?

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what does and doesn't work with the BrailleNote products.

The Ambicom G54 card we got cost about $80.00, counting the shipping. We also got the HP 40 printer, I think that's the correct number for it, on the HW site as being compatible with the BN.

As I said, we placed the order on Monday and received it today. Your time of delivery may vary depending on distance.

When we received our printer, we called the support person there, who's name is Marck. He was extremely helpful, very courteous and knowledgeable. He had the patience of a Saint because he was even able to make me understand and be able to comply with his instructions.

Keep in mind, that when using this printer, you must use ascii since the Keyword will not translate to this printer anyway.

Just thought I'd pass this along.
