breaks in these addresses how do you, me!! get rid of them?

There are 2 ways that I have done this.
1 Copy the entire address into KeyWord in
computer braille, make the corrections; cut
and paste into KeyWeb.
2 Cut the address from the email and paste it
into KeyWeb going over the address to correct
the problems.
A pain in the elbow!
