Just got off of the phone with Humanware and they advised that when Humanware products in the U. S. A. require repairs, Humanware will issue a "Call Tag" to UPS and your friendly local UPS driver will knock upon your door, affix a pre-printed UPS label to the box with the Humanware product in it and take it with him to UPS Land. Humanware handles all the customs clearances both going to Humanware and back to you. Neat eh? So the customer doesn't have to mess around with international shipping formalities.
