Hello,
I have seen this problem before. Please do the following:
1. Delete your keymail folder. (including the hidden files)
2. Press the reset button with no keys held down.
3. Create your email account again.
4. Next, select the menu item in the keymail menu that is known
as read email.
5. When the Braillenote prompts read from which folder? Go to
the inbox.
6. The Braillenote will next say something like: The database
for the keymail folders does not exist, create a database called
keymail folders? Say yes.
This should fix your problem.

FOr some reason, my email is not working on the BN at all. WHen
it asks me for
the email account I use, if I press space it responds with either
"the
parameter is incorrect" or "the drive cannot find the sector
requested." I've
already tried deleting my e-mail folders database and resetting,
as well as a
4-5-6 reset with no avail. Please, any help is appreciated.
