Hi all,

There are just a few features of BrailleNote's excellent database manager that I don't quite understand. Maybe someone could clear these up for me.

1. If you have a password field, then it does not appear that there is ever a way to view any passwords that you have entered into that field. Is there, , in fact, a way to do this? If not, why would one use this type of field?

2. Changing the field context between, for example, general and town/city, does not seem to have any effect. What is the effect?

3. Why would you want to set the display option to hidden? In that case it would appear that the field would become permanently inaccessible unless you were to go in and modify the database definition, and since records can't be exported into other applications, I don't immediately see a point to this.

Other than the above, though, I love the BrailleNote's database manager, so don't take this message as being too critical.

All the best,

Grant
