Hi Donna:
Many people don't have problems losing folders, but, by chance, has she done a service reset with the card left in? Has she ever had an exception error when trying to open a file? We are talking folders, not files? I know that this will sound strange, but I'd even look on the Flash Drive to see if by chance it shows up there. I'm only speculating, just because it's odd. I'd even take the card out, and do a 456 (jkl) reset and then take another look.
 Good luck with this.

Subject: [Braillenote] losing folders

Good evening folks, My sister has a Braille Note mPower running
Keysoft 7.5. Just recently she has had two folders disappear off her compact flash card. She is using a 1 gig compact flash card that is nowhere near full. She has been using it with the adapter. Does anyone have any ideas of why this is happening, and what should she do about it? I have yet had it happen to me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Donna
