first, do you have activeSync installed? if not, I'd install it as it is needed for keySync to work. Hi, I am trying to install keysync on my PC running windows XP. I need it I think to transfer my address list from my Braille note 32 to my PC. It is telling me file netframework.gip can not be found, and I don't have the CD that came with my Braille note. Could someone email me that file or is there a location on humanware.com where I could get it? Any help would be great.
