Which webmail service are you using? I use Gmail which works
quite well with the BrailleNote's web browser. If you're using
Gmail, be sure to choose the "Basic HTML" link near the bottom of
the page (you may wish to bookmark the resulting page). This is
a little more fully featured than the "mobile" version that will
be loaded upon logging into Gmail.
Feel free to list any specific issues you're having with Gmail or
another webmail service so we can offer tips and tricks!

I am wondering if anyone out there is using webmail to get their
email? I can get into the inbox, but it seems very inefficient
to find messages and go from one to the next. Does anyone know
