Hi, I am using jaws ten on both my PC and notebook and I have been able to add the braillenote as a braille display and use it with bluetooth.
Is it possible that there is a problem with your instalation of Jaws? Try running a repair on it by insearting your jaws CD and see if this makes a differance. Maybe when Jaws was installed the braille drivers weren't for some reason. Are there other choices of braille displays? This is all I can think of at the moment let me know how you go. >From Shaz.
