"Yes, you do need product key for upgrade - in fact, two SMA's (from 7.0 to
7.2, and from 7.2 to 7.5). It is possible to upgrade to 7.5 from 7.0
directly, but you ned a product key for 7.5 to proceed. My best suggestion
would be to contact HumanWare Tech Support to see if they can email the
product key file directly to your email address."

Hello all,
I recieved this message on another list:
Hi Folks,
I am still having difficulties getting an upgrade to work.
I go to the product key page.
I enter my serial number, and frog1 in the password field, and it just
hangs.
We tried it on another computer in the office, and still the same problem.
I thought the distributer where I got the upgrade said that we did not even
need a product key for upgrading, but  according to the web page, I do if I
am upgrading from 7.0 to 7.5.
I prepared the SD card.
I have the other 2 files boot loader file, and Keysoft bin file, but I
cannot get through this product key log-in page to get the third file.
If anyone here is on a BrailleNote list, please send this on there to get
some help for me.
You would think that for 600 dollars plus, HW would just send you an SD card
with the needed files on it.
