Hi all, does anyone use the robo braille service? I had a file I wanted to convert however when I got an email back saying the file had been converted I had problems downloading it. below is an email I sent to the staff there and thought I'd send it here in case anyone else used the service and could help me out please. text from email is below: Hi, I sent a file to be converted to this service. I sent it to the british speech address and put three minuses in the subject line so I could get the slowest voice speed. However, when I went to the page where I was told my converted file would appear, I didn't find a link to download it. when I tried pressing enter on the link to directly download the file, a page began to load then stopped in the middle of loading and doesn't do anything else. any help I can get on how to retrieve my file will be appreciated please. which link am I trying to find?
