Hello list
I'm coming across a problem with Keysoft on my Braillenote MPower (I'm running Keysoft 7,5 build 31), much more frequently these last few weeks.

and it's impacting on my business.

Normally when browsing the web I have little difficulty accessing most websites.

But when using the web to browse the websites for my bank (natwest) to view statements, and the btddcom website to view my phone bill I'm getting the following error message from Keysoft:

Fatal application error 0xc00000fd - keysoft will be shutdown if problem persists contact the software provider.

I have contacted Humanware UK who tell me that keysoft is sometimes unable to cope with surtain types of website I think they said its the one's with "flash) what ever that means!

I use Braillenote for all my daily business as a Piano tuner for my customer database, sendero gps, and all web browsing, but this is becoming increasingly exasperating when Keysoft does no longer seem to be up to the task!

The Braillenote is a fantastic piece of kit because of it's portability and battery life and I don't want to have to look elsewhere for my PDA needs.

I think maybe it's time Humanware considered a major improvement to BrailleNotes capabilities, this last week I was working in York and I was not able to use the wi-fi facilities because the server was encrypted for WPA and my MPower is only able to use WEP!

Has anyone else felt frustrated like me? and are there any lights on the horizon?

Kind regards Gavin.
