We are trying to set this up via serial. It was ALMOST working; that is, it was embossing only the first page of a document. We thought we could fix it by changing the handshaking setting on either the embosser or the BN or both. But although we set it back to the original settings, now it is not brailling at all. We also tried the Belkin parallel to usb adapter that is on the Humanware compatibility list, also to no avail.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
