Hi Kim,
Go into KeyBase and choose the database you want to change.
In the KeyBase menu there is "Review Database Definitions?" pick
that.
Under that menu there is "Field definitions?" that's the one you
want.
If adding a field to the end of the fields you already have, move
down the list you reach the first number in the list that doesn't
have a field and add in the same way you created the fields
initially.
If inserting a field, can't remember what you do, but once in the
list of fields the help will tell you.
Take a copy of the database on to another drive before you change
it, just in case.
Regards,
Steve.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world,
and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds
were evil."

Subject: [Braillenote] Data base
Hi guys,
I have created some of my own data bases. Now I have an idea of
adding a field to one of them. How do I do this?
Thanks,
Kim
