Brandie, here is one way of doing it. In doing this, you will
lose the email you have saved, so if you want, move it to a card
so that you won't lose it. This may be the long way about the
process, but here is what I do.
1. From Main Menu, go to the File Manager by pressing F.
2. Press C to copy.
3. Go to the Keylist Folder. Press Enter.
4. At the "list of files" prompt, press Space with X (read
with X) to get to the hidden files.
5. The two files you will copy on to a compact flash or Sd
card will be the address list dot cdb and the connection
configuration dot cdb
6. I generally create a Keylist file so that I know where they
are.
7. Go back to the File Manager, and press C again.
8. Go to the Keymail folder and press Enter.
9. Go to the hidden files as before, and copy the directory of
accounts dot cdb.
10. Again, I create a keymail folder on my compact flash or Sd
card.
11. Go back to File Manager and press P. You'll want to
unprotect the files you just copied.
12. Now, you can delete your Keylist and Keymail folders. Do
a reset.
13. Go back to File Manager, and press M.
14. Move your files you created from your card back to the
Keylist Folder.
15. Then, move your file from Keymail that you copied.
16. At the Main Menu, press E, then W. You will see that
"email folders dot cdb" doesn't exist. You'll be asked if you
want to create one. Press Y. This should restore the sector
problem.

Subject: [Braillenote] Email help.
Hi,
I can't delete emails or move them to different folders. When I
try the BN says "the operation was completed successfuly." When I
check the inbox The emails are still there. I tried to empty the
trash folder but the BN says that 7 email were deleted when there
are 67 email in the trash folder.
The BN won't let me free up the data space either. When I try it
says that there is not enough space on the disk. Help!
Randie
