After following the instructions to the letter in the F.A.Q document for making audible books work on the braille note, (upgrade to ks8 went without a hitch. I go to load an audible book, it says loading book then gives the error toen and returns, the dependancy service or group failed to start. any thoughts or suggestions? thanks.
