These gmail settings are those used to set up outlook express. I've used them in a BN before, just be sure not to create a lot of "labels" that's folders in the web account, or all your saved email messages from those will download in to the BN each time you check the mail. Also, make sure you enable pop in the gmail before you try downloading, as the mail will not download if you don't set that up on the web page.
