HI Tara, Make sure that when you unzipped the downloaded maps into this Maps folder that the actual files are placed into the Maps folder rather than a folder being placed within this Maps folder. Since you are using a Flash drive, you will have to tell the system where the Maps/POIs are by doing the following within Navigation: O for GPS Options M for Maps/POI directory Select the Drive/Folder and confirm on the directory.
