Hello.

When I originally got my bn back in 2007, the serial number started with a 4. During the first quarter of 2008, I sent my bn back to Hw for a battery replacement. When the unit came back, in the information list (space with i from the main menu), the unit had a completely different serial number which started with a 9. The sticker on the bottom of the unit still had my original serial number on it.

Today "i logged onto the SDW site just to see if I had the keysoft 8,0 product key (I didn't think i'd have it). When I typed in the serial number which started with the number 9, it didn't have the 8,0 product key. However, when I typed in my original serial number which started with the number 4, the 8,0 product key was available.

So now i'm not sure what to do. My bn thinks that my serial number starts with a 9 but the product key only comes up when I type in my original serial number which starts with a 4. I don't want to run the product key for my original serial number because the bn might not accept it because the bn will think my serial number does not match the serial number of the product key. So what should I do?

Any suggestions? I hope that made some sense.
